Bobby described his "quarantine" meatball recipe using ground beef and pork. No mention of veal. He also said he uses ricotta in the meatballs, which intrigued me. But, the link to his meatball recipe on food network is not the same. The Throwdown! episode was very entertaining. My meatballs and sauce are almost identical to Mike's in that episode except I use 1 egg to every half pound of ground chuck...and everyone always loves them! But I'd be interested in trying Bobby's recipe with the ricotta if you can post it!
